Issuing a notice,the bank said } has temporarily suspended the website and other services in view of the security risks that appear in PHP .

Informing that the online services including the website have been closed, the Rastra Bank has apologized for the inconvenience caused to the stakeholders of the financial sector and the general public. Similarly, the Rastra Bank will provide the necessary information or information through social networks .

Similarly, the bank has urged banks to take necessary security precautions, strengthen the systems being used on the servers and increase regular security oversight of banks and financial institutions, payment system operators, payment service providers and remittance companies.

Other banks and financial have also temporarily shut down online services due to the serious security risk in P HP. Some bank’s website has been ‘down’ while some have closed limited online services.
