Samsung has officially launched their authorized service center at Mid-Baneshwor. The inauguration for this new service center was done by Sung June Park, Managing Director of Samsung Nepal and Dikesh Malhotra, President and CEO of IMS Group. The ceremony was also attended by Samsung Nepal’s Director Mr. Pranaya Ratna Sthapit, Service Head, Mr. Rajan Bhattarai, and the Sales Head of IMS Group, Mr. Kailash Iyer and mobile distributors of the region.
With the aim to provide quality after-sales service and continuous customer-service the company launched their 21st authorized Service Center in Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Samsung has already launched 5 authorized service centers within the capital valley, and a further 15 outside the valley, totalling to 20 already existing authorized service centers. The new service center is located at Kathmandu 31, Devkota Marga, Mid-Baneshwor, House no.956 opposite nearby Venus Hospital
The company trusts the new service center, which has been unveiled to the customers, will be able to provide a reliable and accessible service. The company informs that repair-related services will be given to the Samsung mobile users with or without a warranty on their devices.
Samsung is confident that the customers of Baneshwor, Koteshwor, Chabahil, Boudha and the surrounding areas will be able to benefit from this service center. Holding the biggest service network in Nepal, this new addition will further enhance the company’s ability to provide timely services to their customers.
