Alpha Capital Limited’s annual general meeting is scheduled. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, Mangsir 12th, at the Everest Hotel, Baneshwor, Kathmandu.

The meeting will include the approval of the financial report for the fiscal year 2079/80, as well as the appointment and remuneration of the auditor. Additionally, the formation of the board of directors and the proposal for the company secretary appointment will be discussed.

The company also plans to explore the possibility of acquiring other companies with similar objectives and increasing the company’s capital. Furthermore, a proposal for an initial public offering (IPO) at a premium price will also be presented.
