Global IME Bank has announced that it will distribute dividends to its shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year.
The decision to distribute dividends to the shareholders was made in a meeting of the bank’s board of directors held on Sunday.
The bank will distribute a bonus share of 1 percent and a cash dividend of 8 percent, making a total dividend distribution of 9 percent from the current capital reserve.
After the proposed dividend distribution is approved by the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the bank’s upcoming general assembly, the shareholders will receive the dividends.
