Molung Hydropower has released its financial report for the first quarter of the fiscal year. According to the report, the company earned a net profit of NPR 3,43,64,000 in the first quarter. This profit has increased by 28.21% compared to the previous fiscal year.

In the previous year, the company had earned a net profit of NPR 2,68,02,000. The revenue from the company’s electricity sales has decreased from NPR 7,51,63,000 to NPR 7,41,14,000. Similarly, administrative expenses have decreased from NPR 37,00,000 to NPR 18,00,000.

Furthermore, the company’s sales cost has increased from NPR 13,00,000 to NPR 32,00,000. The company has raised a capital of NPR 80,25,00,000 through an IPO. The retained earnings show a loss of NPR 16,67,00,000. The earnings per share are NPR 4.28, and the net worth per share is NPR 79.22.
