The NIC Asia microfinance institution has announced that it will provide a 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.

The meeting of the board of directors held on the 8th of Mangsir proposed to provide a 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders this year. Along with this, the company will distribute a 15 percent cash dividend, which is equivalent to 26 crore, 9 lakh, and 16 thousand rupees, to the shareholders.

After the announcement of the dividend, it will be distributed to the shareholders after approval from the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the upcoming general assembly. Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of 1 arba, 73 crore, 94 lakh, and 40 thousand rupees.
