RSDC Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has announced a dividend. The microfinance company has declared a 10% dividend from the profits of the last fiscal year.

The company’s board meeting held on Kartik 1 decided to provide 9.5% bonus shares and a 0.5% cash dividend for tax purposes.

The proposed dividend will only be received by shareholders after it is approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank and the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Last year, the company distributed 8.60% bonus shares and a 0.45% cash dividend for tax payment.
