Prabhu Bank Limited has decided not to distribute any dividend to shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The decision was made in the meeting of the board of directors held on Monday, Magh 8.

The bank has also decided to present the financial details to the Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. After the bank’s decision not to distribute dividends, the shareholders of the bank are disappointed.

The bank had distributed an 8 percent dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2078–79.
