Kumari Bank Limited has brought founder shares for sale. The bank has brought 1,207 shares for sale as of Tuesday, 12th of Mangsir.

The shareholder, Ambar Bahadur Tarami Magar,wanted to sell shares. Only the existing shareholder of the bank can apply for the share.

The interested shareholders who want to purchase shares will have to apply at the central office of the bank in Tangal, Kathmandu, and at the office of the share registrar within the next 35 days.

The company has announced that if no application is received from any founder shareholder within the specified period, the sale will be open to general investors.
