On Thursday, the Nepse index increased by 11.73 points, reaching 1852.77 points, when business worth around 2.79 billion Nepali rupees was conducted among 299 companies, involving the purchase and sale of 9.56 lakh shares.

In terms of business volume, Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited’s promoter shares were the most traded on Thursday, with shares worth NPR 86.83 million being traded.

Similarly, Trishuli Jal Vidyut Company Limited’s investors earned the most profit in the share market on Thursday, with a positive circuit being applied to the company’s share price.

Investors in global microfinance financial institutions have lost more than anyone else in the stock market. The company’s share price has decreased by more than 7 percent.
