Goodwill Financials will not distribute any dividends to shareholders this year.

The decision was made at the meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 6. The meeting also decided to send the financial details for approval to the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, along with the proposal to not distribute dividends from the profits of the last fiscal year.

Only after the financial details are approved by the central bank will the company call for a general meeting.
