NMB Capital will distribute cash dividends to shareholders. The company will give a 17 percent cash dividend from last year’s profit to its shareholders.

To distribute the said dividend, NMB Capital has called for its annual general meeting on March 29. The meeting will start at 4 p.m. at Hotel Barahi, Tridevi Marg, Thamel, Kathmandu.

Distribution to shareholders will only take place after the approval of the meeting, following the distribution of 17 percent of dividends, including tax.

The meeting will also discuss the profit and loss account for the fiscal year 2079–80. The agenda for the appointment of auditors and the determination of remuneration for the fiscal year 2080–81 is also pending.
