Deprosc Microfinance Financial Institution Limited will provide a 10.52 percent dividend to the shareholders.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 3 has decided to provide a 10 percent bonus share and a 0.52 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.

After the proposed dividend is approved by the regulatory authority Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming annual general meeting of the company, the distribution will only take place to the shareholders. Last year, microfinance distributed a 21.05 percent dividend.
