RuRu Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited has appointed NIBL Ace Capital Limited as its share registrar. RuRu Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited is a Public Limited Company incorporated in Nepal under the Companies Act, 2006 having its registered office at Hattisar, Kathmandu. The project has been in operation since March 2015.

The understanding for the same was signed on April 18, 2021 between Ashish Subedi (Chairman, RuRu Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited), Mekh Bahadur Thapa (Deputy Chief Executive Officer, NIBL Ace Capital Ltd.) and Mr. Sachindra Dhungana (Assistant General Manager, NIBL Ace Capital Ltd.).

As on date, NIBL Ace Capital Limited is the share registrar of 47companies including RuRu Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited.
