The Agricultural Development Bank has invited for its annual general meeting. The meeting is scheduled for the 30th of Falgun. It will be held at the bank’s training center in Bhaktapur.

The bank has informed us that only regular agenda items will be presented at the meeting. The bank will also pass on the financial details of the last fiscal year from the meeting.

Shareholders can only participate in the bank’s annual general meeting until the 16th of Falgun. The Agricultural Development Bank has announced that shareholders will not receive any dividends from the profits of the last fiscal year.
