Someling Power Company is going to issue 5 million IPOs worth Rs. 500 million. The company has applied to the Nepal Securities Board to issue shares. The company has sought permission from the board to issue 5 million shares worth Rs 500 million to locals and the general public.

The process of issuing IPO will move forward after the board gives permission. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking will be the IPO Sales Manager. Currently, the Maibeni Hydropower Project under construction in Ilam District by Energy Developers Group Company Samling Power is in the final stage.
