Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.

Job specifications:
Minimum 5 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
Have performed the job role of Jr. Officer and above.
Good knowledge of Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
Good negotiation and presentation skill.
Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.
Good knowledge of Pumori Banking Software.

Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years at the time of filing application.

2. Jr. Officer/Supervisor -1
(BM, Besisahar-Lamjung)

Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.

Job specifications:
Minimum 4 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
Good knowledge in Credit and Operation
Good knowledge of Pumori Banking Software.

Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for Supervisor and 45 years for Jr. Officer at the time of filing application.

3. Supervisor/Senior Assistant – 7
(For Gongabu-Kathmandu. Khichapokhari-Kathmandu, Manbhawan- Lalitpur, Besisahar- Lamjung, Butwal- Rupandehi, Nayapul-Kaski, and Narayangarh-Chitwan)

Educational Qualification:

5. Junior Assistant – Few
(For Lahachowk-Kaski, Besisahar-Lamjung and Pokhara Valley)

Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline.

Job specifications:
Should be a self-starter.
Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service.
Able to adjust and adapt to a new environment.
Ability to work in minimum supervision.
Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
