January 26 is the last day to become a shareholder to receive dividend of Nepal Life Insurance. Tuesday is the last day to secure the company’s 51% dividend.The organization will close the book from January 27 to February 10 and the annual general meeting will be held on February 10.
Nepal Life is proposing to distribute 31% bonus share and 20% cash including tax with a total dividend of 51%.The meeting will start at 9 am at Hotel Vishwa, Birgunj.
Shareholders who remain until January 26 will receive dividends. There is also a proposal to elect two directors from the general group in the assembly.Similarly, a proposal to amend the management letter and rules and change the price per share of the company from Rs 100 to Rs 50 per share is also to be taken to the meeting.
