Swabhiman Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd have decided to distribute their investors 21.05% dividends. The Board of Directors meeting held on Sunday decided to distribute 20% bonus share from the profit of the Fiscal Year 2076/77 and 1.05% cash dividend for tax purposes.

The proposed dividend will be received by the investors after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming annual general meeting. Last year, the company distributed a total dividend of 25.27% with a 24% bonus and 1.27% cash.
