The general meeting of Citizen Life Insurance is scheduled to be held on February 14. The company has convened its third annual general meeting on March 20 with the main agenda of presenting the main proposal to issue IPO.

The meeting will start at 3 pm at Amrapali Banquet Naxal.The meeting also has an agenda to discuss the annual report of the Fiscal Year 2075/76 and to pass the profit and loss account where a proposal to fix the remuneration by appointing an auditor for the fiscal year 2076/77 is also to be tabled in the assembly.
