Chirkhwa Hydropower Limited has announced an IPO for the general public. Hydropower will issue 859,300 shares from Ashoj 23.
Previously, the company had issued 400,000 shares to the affected residents of the project area. As only 244,700 shares were applied for by the locals, the company added an additional 195,300 shares, making a total of 859,300 shares for the general public.
Applications for the IPO can be submitted until Ashoj 26. Additionally, if all the shares are not sold, the company has announced that applications can be submitted until Kartik 3. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 100,000 shares.
Rating agency ICRA Nepal has given this IPO an ICRA NP Double B- rating, indicating an average level of financial risk for the company.
The share issuance and sales management of the company are being handled by RBB Merchant Banking.
