An announcement has been made by NIC Asia Microfinance Financial Institution to distribute dividends. The microfinance institution has announced that it will distribute 15% dividends to its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year.

The decision to distribute cash dividends (including tax) to the shareholders was made at the board meeting held on Wednesday. After the proposed dividends of the company were approved by the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the upcoming annual general meeting of the microfinance, they were informed to be distributed to the shareholders.

Last year, Microfinance distributed 14.75% cash dividends, including tax.
