Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited is going to issue an IPO. The company will issue an IPO for general investors from Kartik 16.
In the first phase, the company has provided an IPO and shares to the local residents and Nepalis working in foreign employment. In the second phase, the company has allocated an additional 4,87,910 shares, including shares for the affected locals, collective investment fund, and company employees as a whole (20 lakhs, 75 thousand, 2 hundred, 85 kitta).
In this IPO, investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 3,80,000 shares. The company has announced that applications can be submitted until Kartik 20. Similarly, it has been announced that applications can be submitted until Mangsir 1 if there are no applications for all the shares within that period.
For the IPO issuance, Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal has provided the company with an IRN double B issuer rating. This indicates the company’s average risk in terms of its financial obligations.
