The general meeting of Mandu Hydropower is scheduled. The meeting will be held on Friday, Mangsir 15, at 10 a.m. in the courtyard of the chaya Center, Thamel, Kathmandu.

For the purpose of the meeting, Hydro Power has closed the book on Mangsir 4. Therefore, only shareholders holding shares until Mangsir 3 will be able to participate in the meeting. The company is proposing to distribute 10% cash dividends from the profits of the last fiscal year.

Similarly, it has been informed that there is a program to pass other regular agendas.
