Emerging Nepal Limited has announced the distribution of dividends to shareholders. The company will distribute an 8.42 percent dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2079–80.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 21 has decided to distribute an 8.42 percent (including tax) cash dividend, which amounts to NPR 467,873,68.42.

The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders only after approval from the upcoming annual general meeting of the company and the Ministry of Finance.

Currently, the company has a total paid-up capital of NPR 55,56,00,000.
