Himalayan Microfinance has announced that it will not distribute dividends to shareholders.

Last year, they distributed 11% bonus shares and 0.58% cash dividends for tax purposes. But this year, they have decided to keep the shareholders’ hands empty.

The board meeting of microfinance also approved the audit report and cash flow details for the last fiscal year.
