Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) has announced dividends. The meeting of the board of directors of NIFRA held on Monday announced cash dividends from the profits of the fiscal year 2079–80.

The meeting decided to give a cash dividend of 4.2105 percent to the shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year.

NIFRA will distribute the proposed dividends to its shareholders only after approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming annual general meeting. In the previous fiscal year, NIFRA had also distributed a 4.21 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
