Global IME Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited will distribute cash dividends to its shareholders. The decision has been made to distribute a 10% cash dividend from the profits of the last fiscal year.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 24 has decided to distribute a 10% cash dividend, including tax.

The proposed dividend will only be distributed to the shareholders after approval from the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the upcoming annual general meeting of the Laghubitta.

Last year, Laghubitta distributed a total of 20% dividends, including a 12% bonus share and an 8% cash dividend with tax.
