Laxmi Sunrise Bank has announced the distribution of dividends. The bank has announced a dividend of 7.37 percent from last year’s profit.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 26 has decided to distribute a 7 percent bonus share and a 0.37 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

After the approval of the proposed dividend by the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the bank’s upcoming annual general meeting, the distribution will only be made to the shareholders.
