Lumbini Bikas Bank has announced the distribution of dividends. The bank will distribute an 8.50% dividend from last year’s profits to its shareholders.

During the board meeting held on Tuesday, Mangsir 26th, the bank decided to distribute a 4% bonus share and a 4.50% cash dividend for the purpose of tax. The proposed dividend will only be distributed to shareholders after approval from the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the bank’s upcoming general assembly.

Last year, the bank distributed a total of a 12% dividend by giving a 3% bonus share and a 9% cash dividend.
