Mahalaxmi Development Bank has decided to distribute cash dividends to its shareholders. The bank has decided to give a cash dividend of 6.40 percent from the profit of the last fiscal year to its shareholders.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Tuesday, March 3, has decided to distribute the said dividend. Mahalaxmi will distribute dividends worth NPR 26,69,64,390.40.

The proposed dividends will be distributed only to the shareholders after approval from the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the bank’s upcoming annual general meeting.
