Sana Kisan Microfinance Financial Institution has announced the distribution of profits. The microfinance will distribute 20% of the dividend to shareholders from the previous fiscal year’s earnings.

In a meeting held on Mangsir 24, the board of directors of microfinance declared a decision to distribute a total of 20% of profits, including a 15% bonus share and a 5% cash dividend for tax purposes.

After the proposed distribution is approved by the regulatory body, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the upcoming general assembly of the microfinance, the distribution will be made to the shareholders.

Last year, the company distributed 26% of bonus shares and 1.37% of cash dividends.
