Mirmire laghubitta bittiya sanstha will distribute cash dividends to shareholders. The meeting of the board of directors held on Push 13 has decided to provide a cash dividend of 6.32 percent from the profit of the last fiscal year.

The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after approval from the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the upcoming annual general meeting of the microfinance institution.

Last year, the company distributed a 23 percent bonus share.
