Siddhartha Premier Insurance has announced a cash dividend.
The company has announced an 11 percent cash dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2079–80. The decision to give an 11 percent cash dividend (including tax) was made at the board meeting held on Magh 21.
The proposed dividend will only be distributed to shareholders after it is approved by the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Nepal and the company’s upcoming annual general meeting.
