Unilever Nepal Limited has announced a 1580% cash dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year.

The decision to distribute dividends was made in a meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 26.

The company had distributed dividends at the rate of Rs. 1215 per share last year.

Furthermore, the company has announced the closure of the book from Mangsir 12 to 26. Therefore, only the shareholders who remain until Mangsir 11 will be eligible to participate in the general meeting and receive dividends.
