1. Position: Chief Business Officer
– Senior Manager & Assistant General Manager | Central Office
Academic Qualification Criteria
– Minimum of Master’s Degree in Management/Economics or related subject. Chartered Accountancy shall be an added advantage.
Experience Criteria
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Institution with good understanding of Sales and Business functions.
– Good understanding of risk associated in Risk asset business alongwith mitigating measures.
– Exceptional negotiation and decision making skills.
– Proven experience of formulating policy, procedures/manuals, monitoring framework for streamlining and growing Bank’s Business Portfolio.
– Experience in process automation and digitization initiatives.
Scope
– Prepare, implement, report and review of strategic and business plan to drive organization’s risk asset and business.
– Jointly chalk out growth strategy and business plan for the Bank to meet its vision and goals.
– Design an executive business roadmap of potential business opportunities, including internal and external environment.
– Ensure a robust First line of defence by formulating policy/procedural guidelines and policies for internal control.
– Prepare and put in place monitoring framework for Early warnings.
– Frequent travels to the Regions/ Clusters and Branches is a must.
2. Position: Chief Operating Officer
– Senior Manager & Assistant General Manager | Central Office
Academic Qualification Criteria
– Minimum of Master’s Degree in Management/Economics or related subject, Chartered Accountancy shall be an added advantage.
Experience Criteria
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Institution with good understanding of operations finance and other support functions.
– Proven experience in process automation and digitization initiatives.
– Proven experience of formulating policy, procedures/manuals, monitoring framework etc for streamlining Bank’s Operation.
Scope
– Plan, direct & control Bank’s operations, finance and other support functions.
– Ensure seamless operations, build a robust First line of defence by formulating policy/procedural guidelines and operational policies for internal control.
– Implement & monitor operational risk monitoring framework.
– Design and implement continuous learning for the staffs.
– Assist the Bank in strategic and tactical decision making.
