Manakamana Smart Laghubitta has decided not to distribute any dividends from last year’s profits during the meeting held on Mangsir 14.

The meeting of the management committee held on Thursday stated that no dividends would be distributed from last year’s profits.

The financial report of the first quarter has been submitted by the management committee, and it will be published for the general meeting after getting approval from the regulatory body, Nepal Rastra Bank.

Last year, Smart Laghu Bitta distributed a 4.75% bonus share and a 0.25% cash dividend for tax purposes.
